OD19768/2022-2023:Applying corrosion inhibitor one coat of nitozinc / approved equivalent make primer (two component system based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin and shall be mixed until a homogenous mixture is obtained) on the cleaned and dried reinforcing bar using a small paint brush such that the zinc rich primer coated should make an unbroken continuous film on the bars. ( If in doubt of having achieved an unbroken coating, a second application should be made as soon as the first coat is fully dry). After drying the treated surface, apply one coat of bonding agent Nitobond A R/SBR. Measurement is made for whole exposed area including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site, hire charges of tools etc complete.
OD19767/2022-2023:Applying two component (liquid polymer part and powder part) high build polymer modified cementitious reinstatement repair mortar, Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make preferable with a gloved hand or trowel using wet on wet technique to make sure that high strength polymer mix covers the reinforcing bar on all sides . Before applying Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make, the reinforcing steel should be primed and SBR should be tacky. For one bag of 18kg Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make, place about 2.75litres of drinking quality water in the mixer and add the supplied liquid polymer part, mix well in the mixer machine in operation, add Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make powder and mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Depending on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, a small additional amount of water may be added up to a maximum total water content of 3.25 litres. Measurement is made for whole exposed area Including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site, hire charges of tools and mixer machine etc complete.
26.32.3:Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. OD19813/2022-2023:Grinding and cleaning the concrete surfaces to lines and levels where expansion joint to be provided, filling the joint with Polyurethane backer rod of required size intact and then applying Ist layer of epoxy adhesive ReArm Bond 4031 and sticking MYK Flexi Joint tape TPE of suitable width over it. 24.3:Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust , bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India / Engineer - in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building / structure, all as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge ( The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).
