1.Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturers or its authorized agents who has Successful commissioning/installation of at least 05 installations same or equivalent model of same manufacturer in government agencies or government autonomous bodies. firm should provide the proof of installation/commissioning of machine. the onus of uploading the document is lies with bidder. only p.o copy shall not be considered as proof of installation/commissioning.
In case tenderers participate as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of the Principal, authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal.
