SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 duly mixed with and including water proofing compound on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sqm, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing roof cooling ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 mm, 9 to 10 mm thick, SRI value more than 90 conforming to IS 15622, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush with epoxy mortar to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for providing 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm thick as in levlling course to receive water proofing treatment or sub base of flooring complete all as directed

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish off the primises exc 1.5 km but not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in vertical surfaces as in skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Rate quoted is deemed to include for cutting for offsets etc]

M & L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sunken floor filling and mass concrete including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing surfaces of sunken floor applying chemical injection treatment in the form of Pressure crouting by drilling 20mm dia holes, 60mm deep @ 100cm grid at junction of bottom floor and all the internal wall surfaces of sunken slabs of toilet by injecting grout admixture 'Conbextra GP-2' of Fosroc or its equivalent complete all as per manufacturers instructions

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with and including water proofing compound finished even and smooth with out using extra cement as in sunken portions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing debris outside MD land exc 1.5 km but not exceeding 5 Km as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam launchings, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc, splays between floors and beams and similar works for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:11:2:3, type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Chajjas, Guttters/ Facias & Fins etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of 8mm dia, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directetd.

Notes: (a) The size of aluminium extruded sections shall conform to Designation 63400 all shall be as specified in relevant IS code and as specified in MES Schedule Part - I. (b) Panel inserts such as Glass / Particle board / Gauze shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates. (c) Weight of aluminium sections shall only be accounted for payment purpose.
