Preventive Maintenance and Servicing, 11/0.433 KV Step down Transformer Indoor and Oil Cooled type by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side HT bushing, bushing rod, opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc, rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of transformer according to previous system. Servicing of the transformer must be done through OEM or authorised personnel including maintaining and submitting the inspection and testing records of each transformer to the Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. :- Inspection of transformer shall involve :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside/ouside the transformer. (d) Checking of off load tap changer assembly, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding. (e) Conducting the test on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit, IR Value, High Voltage Test etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note 2. : Spares used bushes studs HT/LT, bushing rod HT/LT, transformer oil, filteration of oil, buchholtz relay, Gaskets set, Off Load Change over switch etc will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. Pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps/tanks of STPs (MBBR technology) with the help of Non clogging of pump any kind capacity of pump set not less than 1500 LPM capacity 10HP/15 HP (Minimum) along with tanking out mud/ solid sludge from the tank complete from solid seperation chamber, aeration chamber and despose whole sludge to faraway areas from public places including cleaning of sump completely. So as to vacate the sumps to enable the repair of the main non clogging pump sets installed in the STPs, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : CGRA Inaz Note :- (a) Pumping shall be continued till the main pumps installed in STPs sump is cleared for carrying out repair work. (b) Delivery pipe should be connected and the sewage water shall be thrown in the manhole of out side the fencing /wall of STPs towards the main gravity dropping main hole. (c) Pumping of sewage water still be continued till the sumps are fully empty and to keep till the installed non clogging pump are repaired & fully operative. (d) Necessary man power to operate the pump set are deemed to be included in the rate. (e) Rate quoted is deemed to include for Diesel/Engine oil till completion of repair work including testing of sewage pump set. (f) Rate included for transportation of pump set to site/back.

Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for testing of earth resistance of existing earthing at provided earth test point for each earth set by competent calibrated digital earth test meter electronic type along with accessories (earth rod set with Copper wire with clips) and recording the result dully signed with date by MES representative and contractor, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (a) Testing of each earthing shall be carried out at the interval of 3 months and measurement shall be done each time separately and test result shall be maintained dully signed with date by MES representative and contractor. (b) Pouring of water in each earth pit is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) Necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor for pouring the water in earth pits. Vehicle reqd for carrying/storage of water (upto to the site) with helper will be arranged by contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (d) Cost of Maintenance of carrying vehicle (if any) and cost of fuel reqd for veh is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
