Zone 15 One Year Running Contract for various PWD Roads under Road section Manjeri in Malappuram District 3 no of Road stretches for a length of 15.72 km

55.6.a:Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

55.7.a:Providing bitumen leveling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD126848/2026-2027: Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen ( VG - 30) to the required line, grade, and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour., laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to the required level and grade

OD337371/2025-2026:Removing the old existing vinyl sticker works on the Display board of Running contract and replacing with new vinyl sticker ,including lettering symbols and transporting to site etc. as per approved drawing and direction of the engineer

OD337363/2025-2026:Filling up potholes with bituminous ready mix compound (25kg) and compacting by ramming to get a compact surface including of cost of material, laying charges, transportation to site etc complete Rate is arrived for a bag of 25kg

55.15:Refurbishment of existing signboardsRefurbishment of existing signboards of all size except gantry mounted ones to their original reflectivity & position by removing obstructions like overgrowth vegitation etc ,if any,washing the signboards with water & soap solution to remove all dirt, oil etc. , correcting any dislocations including minor repairs, replacement of lost nut and bolts etc complete.

OD337364/2025-2026:Conducting and reporting routine inspections for the entire length of the project road at a frequency of 7 days through out the agreement period of the running contractors directed by the departmental officer at site.
