Cement concrete in ratio 1:4:8 with cement coarse sand and 40mm. size brick ballast in foundation including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in ratio 1:4 with cement & fine mortar using fine sand, including cost of all material and labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

12mm. thick plaster in ratio 1:4 with cement and fine sand mortar with proper finishing including cost of all material and labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Filling of earth under the floor and cavity including cost of earth obtained from outside the corporation area for proper completion of work including filling watering, ramming and leveling etc.
