Laterite stone masonary in cement mortor (1:6) in foundation and plinth with laterite stone of approved size and quality from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with ncessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster with cement mortor (1:6) over stone masonary including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour, T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling and removal of 2.5mm thick grading concrete from roof slab including cleaning & removal of debris away from the working area including cost, conveyance of materials with all labour & T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5cm (1") thick grading concrete with C.C. (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size h.b.g. chips including watering, curing, all cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of window(sliding type) made up aluminium section no.9778 as windows frame,section no 4095,4096 and 9777 ,3994 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangenent including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour t & p excluding cost of glass etc complete.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, primer, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size of c.b.h.g chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick over polythene sheet with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
