Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for praparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas, Roofs, AC sheets roof rub the wall surfaces with steel wire brush or scrappers, brooming down ; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks,including cornices etc washing rubbing down & stopping the previously treated/painted surfaces and applying white cement base putty in patches as required and finally prepare the surfaces with sand paper, and applying one coat of cement base paint (White or tinted) including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure/Tower/Antina of any height.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Place/ spot for dumping demolished material outside MD land shall be ascertained by contractor at their own cost.

Material & labour for excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil and removing material outside MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Place/ spot for dumping excavated material outside MD land shall be ascertained by contractor at their own cost.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, kerbs, coping, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, sligntly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick, cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base or flooring complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved color, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine clean sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Factory made, 10mm thick Vitrified heavy Duty, coloured , parking tiles , matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300mm x 300mm, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 2mm thick PVC tiles / sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floor including removing of old PVC tiles and cleaning the surface complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for cutting holes / demolition of PCC blocks etc for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 all as directed.
