REPAIR TO PATHWAYS, DRAIN, CULVERTS, OUTDOOR TILES AND MISC WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN TEZPUR

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured 10 to 12mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm confirming to IS 4451-2007, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thic screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic exterior wall tiles, 7.5 - 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, conforming to IS 15622,on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, sub-base, plinth, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.
