Applying priming coat with readymixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (Hard and soft wood) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Painting wood works with Deluxe Multisurface paint of Asian/Nerolac to give an required shade two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer @ 0.75 ltr/10sqm (zero point seven five litre per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm (six millimeter) thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkana, sale tax, toll tax G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of TATA / SAIL riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections in trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction of the Enginner-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction of the Enginner-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm. (zero point six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
