Construction of Faculty Cabin and Other Interior Works

MASONARY WORK: - Supplying, providing and laying factory made precast concrete solid blocks of 200mm thickness of grade M10 from approved manufacturer with Cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement 5 course sand) Including cost of all materials, Cost of GI wall ties, lead & lift., labour charges, transport charges, curing charges, incidental charges if any complete.cost should be inclusive of floor chipping or any method of Anchoring to floor.

INTERNAL FINISHERS: - Supplying, providing and finishing 15mm thickness cement plaster on both sides of the 100 mm thick block wall with cement mortar mix 1:4 (1 cement 4 Course sand) Including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead & lift, curing charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete., as instructed by Engineering In-charge

ALUMINIUM PARTITION: - Full height wall Design, Supplying, Installation and fixing powder coated aluminium Partition with ACP Sheet and Glass as per approved design and material including cost of all material, labour charges, Lead & lift, transport and incidental charges if any complete as instructed by Engineering Incharge.,

DOOR FRAMES: Providing and fixing in position Anodized / Powder coated Aluminium box frame of size 63x38x3 mm thick from JINDAL profile number 20004 from double groove of 1.790 kg per running meter or 20005 from Single groove of 1.777 kg per running meter shaped, planed and fixed with necessary jointing method approved including pins, nails, screws and bolts etc. Rate shall include for cost of bolts, nuts, screws, nails, pins, approved hold fast and grouting for fixing anchor fasteners / coach screws and including painting of approved colour etc. complete as directed shall be approved by PMC as per design calculation and shop drawing of Frames and accessories.

DOOR SHUTTERS (Single leaf): - Providing and fixing of 32mm thick flush door Shutters (Jackson or approved equivalent make) Single leaf of any size; solid core of block board type bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin thermo-pressed with 8mm thick teak wood external lipping. The construction procedure of the shutter should be as per IS 2202. The shutter should be shop prepared for taking mortise lock or latches, lock block of wood may be provided for fixing the hard ware. The size of block, shall perfectly correspond to the maximum size of lock, covered in IS 2209. All the four edges of the door shutter shall be square. The shutter shall be free from twist or wrap in its plane and of required size Etc. complete as directed Rate shall be include for providing a glass vision panel of size 450 X 450 mm. The 32mm thick fully flush shutter with commercial ply on both sides finished with 1.5mm thick decorative shade laminate including providing an opening with teak wood lipping for fixing the glass vision panel. The door type and shade should match with the doors fixed in the existing faculty cabins in the same floor . Rate shall be including all the required necessary approved hardware / ironmongeries ( Yale/Dorset/Dorma) And all the necessary fixing accessories as shown in the approved shop drawing or as directed. , including cost of all materials, lead & lift, labour charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete. Single leaf door 1000 mm X 2100mm

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium Swing door in the Aluminium Partition wall including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, tools & plants, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be including all the required necessary approved hardware / ironmongeries ( Yale/Dorset/Dorma) with Door closer.

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium Sliding door (Top Sliding) in the Aluminium Partition wall including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, tools & plants, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be including all the required necessary approved hardware / ironmongeries ( Yale/Dorset/Dorma) with Door closer.

Supplying and fixing of aluminum sliding 1 M X 2M windows of approved size in And all the necessary fixing accessories shown in the approved shop drawing or as directed. including cost of all materials, Glass lead & lift, labour charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete.as instructed by Engineering - Incharge

GRID FALSE CEALING: -Providing and fixing Gypsum celling on the edges and Acoustical suspended false ceiling( at center) system with mineral fiber regular edge-laying tiles of size 600 X 600 mm X 16 mm and should have humidity resistance of 90% RH, Average NRC 0.7 light reflectance >80% thermal conductivity K=0.057-0.057 w/m0c, color white , fire performance class0/class1 (BS-476) in modular size of 600x600x16mm,600x600x15mm laid on 24mm_Hot dipped Galvanized steel suspension system having rotary stitching on the Main Runner,1200mm&600mm cross T’s including cost all materials, labour, lead& lift, transport and incidental charges if any complete

Providing and supplying Armstrong'Optra Acoustical Wall Panelling' withsquare edges made of fibre glasssubstrate 25mm thick and wrapped onthe front side with an acousticallytransparent and fire-resistant fabric withan option of colours as per the choice ofthe Architect/Person incharge of size 600x600mm providing a minimum soundabsorption level of 0.90 NRC to beaffixed to wall using wall panel impalers.The Acoustic Wall Paneling shall be installed with necessary Channels, studs, Hardware system as per manufacturer specifications, as per approved shop drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge and Acoustic Wall Panel shall be Moisture resistance, Fire Class 1 having Green Rating or Low VOC, Termite proof, complete for finished item of work complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge
