To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last ten years (i.e. 2016-17 to 2025-26) satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work involving Collection of data related to land acquisition and survey from departments of GoK and Digitizing the details / Preparation of DPR by conducting topographical survey using Total Station with DGPS or RTK / Conducting JMC with the revenue department related to land acquisition for value not less than Rs.25.22 Lakhs Note: 1. Work done certificate issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer should be furnished. 2.The work involving both JMC and Revenue survey is rare occurrence, Hence considering the records for last 10 years.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 50.50 lakhs

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.15.20 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from scheduled / nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) in the prescribed format.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
