Providing and fixing to existing door frames 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. Supply unskilled labour for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for for proper completion of the work ncluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable and experienced Painter/Carpenter/ Plumber with kits for attending of related work, defects as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Planning, Design and structural design of Building and duly vetted by IIT or from any recognised Goverenment institue including Site Visit, Submission of detailed design and Drawings and supervision for implementation of the same including cost of design Consultant/ Architect etc all required for proper completion of work complete in all aspect up to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The work also includes planning and design of different associated facilities essentially required for safety and proper functioning of the building as well as facilities desired by the Engineer in charge.(2.50% of the estimated cost of building.
