Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and n exc 3 mtr for foundations and laying of cable, erection of RCC pole and getting out in hard/dense soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning & protection including spreading, ramming all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying precast PCC cable concrete cable cover LV low voltage type -I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe light grade 80 mm for road crossing/ on pole/ on wall for protection of LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe light grade 40 mm for road crossing/ on pole/ on wall for protection of LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying only in trenches / poles / walls XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade for following size with lugs including taking out old unserviceable cable/ACSR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make :- Polycab/Havells/Finolex. NOTE : (i) Excavation and earth work, GI pipe protection, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Taking down LT PCC pole including excavation, earth work and demolition of concrete etc., and complete as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 mtrs long, 102 x 172 mm at top and 102 x 279 mm at bottom (class 10), all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L in replacement of shackle type Insulator porcelain vitreous white/ brown or green, 75 mm high and 90mm dia suitable for working pressure of 1100 Volt including Galvanized steel straps of size 31x3 mm , nut, bolt of dia 12 mm and washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of pin type Insulators Porcelain vitreous white or green including one Galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut complete for insulators of 100mm high and 65mm dia suitable for 1100 Volt electric pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old ACSR conductor from LT line complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size, stringing properly on insulators on pole and binding with aluminium tape / binding with conductors, jumpers etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for stringing and fixing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on LT poles including binding wire complete all as specified and directed at site of any type ACSR conductor and all as specified and directed.

M/L in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, straps D-clamps, back plates and MS frames fabricated from structural steel sections such as MS channel, angle iron and flats etc. including nuts, ,bolts, washers eye hooks, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of stay wire galvanised strand size 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of stay assembly complete with 16mm dia stay rod accessories shown in electric plate No. 1 SSR 2009 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Loop insulator, Stay clamp, excavation and concrete measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white/ brown green small size with overall dimension 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm for fixing on stay wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe(light grade) and PCC Pit (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with RCC cover including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade ) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. GI clamp 25x3mm with nuts bolts and washer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI earthing wire of same size upto 7.5m shall deemed to be included into quoted rate

Supply, stretching and fixing in position GI earth wire on poles for continuous earth wire of 4 mm dia or 3.15 mm dia galvanised steel wire including stretching and proper binding complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing & removing from site.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 typeB-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40mm) graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in poles or any other directed site)

M&L for trial boring 80 mm dia in road crossing/drains with mechanical help and other necessary arrangement to be provided by the contractor during execution complete all as specified and directed by the Egr-in-charge.
