Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:-Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.-All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. inlayers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.-All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level - 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level:- 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Cntering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:- Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Constructing soak pit 1.20 x 1.20 x 1.20 m filled with brickbats including S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter and 1.20 m long complete as per standard design

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 6 kg / cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: - Single socketed pipe - 110 mm OD

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised-PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticise Rigid PVC rain water pipes conformingto IS : 13592Type-A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansionetc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Coupler 110 mm

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes: 100 mm dia.:- Sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene Randomcopolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801,U V stabilized & anti- microbial fusion welded, having the rmalstability forhot & cold water supply including all PP- R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings including trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work:- PN-16 Pipe, 25 mm OD (SDR-7.4)

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 U V stabilized & anti- microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP- R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall . PN-16 Pipe, 25 mm OD (SDR-7.4)

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. On steel work

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : White Vitreous china Orrisa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).
