Replacement of damaged roof sheets by carefully removing the existing damaged sheets and placing them in a designated area for disposal. The new sheets to be installed are TATA/JSW Color Coated Sheets(or any approved make) with a thickness of 0.6mm TCT, featuring an AI-Zn coating of 150 gsm per sqm on the base metal. The colour of the new sheets should have a minimum SRI of 70, and should have a tensile strength of 550 mPA. The installation will involve the use of 55mm HP Zylan Coated corrosion-resistant screws, which will be installed on the crest of the sheets to ensure secure fastening. Additionally, overlap joints will be sealed with butyl tapes and industrial sealants where necessary to ensure a water tight seal. This process will ensure that the roof and cladding are restored to optimal condition, providing durability and protection of the building including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of existing roof sheets that have developed cracks, we will be using 100mm Butyl Tape with UV Protected Æuminum PET Foil to seal these cracks, providing added protection and durability. AII existing screws will be sealed with PU Sealants of PU55 Grade to ensure a watertight seal, preventing any potential leaks. The apron joints will be meticulously sealed using the neœssary tapes, adhesives, and sealants to maintain the integrity of the roof structure. Additionally, the protruded joints near the Ridge Ventilators will be treated and sealed with 300mm Butyl Tape with Aluminum PET Foil, ensuring these critical areas are thoroughly protected from water ingress. This comprehensive repair proœss will enhance the longevity and effectiveness of the existing roof sheets, ensuring a secure and watertight roofing solution for the building including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Replacement of FRP sheets in the skylight and north light areas, with 3mm Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Sheets of Trapezoidal Profile to match the existing roof profile. These sheets to be fastened securely using 55mm HP Zylan Coated Self Drilling Screws with EPDM Washers, ensuring a robust and water tight installation. The new FRP sheets will be transluœnt, providing optimal light transmission, and will have a Solar Reflective Index (SRI) of at least 27, enhancing the energy efficiency of the facility. This replacement process will ensure that the skylight and north light areas are effectively restored, providing improved durability and performance of the building including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Repair of existing metal gutters by aligning them to ensure proper drainage and functionality. Any down take pipes that are damaged or require repair will be addressed accordingly. The gutters will be sealed at the joints using PU Sealants of PU55 Grade, providing a robust watertight seal. To enhance the seal, Butyl Tapes to be applied as secondary protection. The gutters will be securely fastened using Gutter Straps to prevent movement and ensure stability. Additionally, ensure a smooth flow of water through the gutters, optimizing their performance and preventing blockages. (Note: the above scope excludes all the material requirement and will be billed separately if replaœment is needed). The scope includes consumables like sealants, adhesives & tapes including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
Supply and installation of the lifeline system on the building roof by utilizing a Horizontal Lifeline system designed for exceptional fall protection. The system features a galvanized steel cable, providing a sturdy and continuous anchor for workers. The preliminary components of the lifeline system incudes materials made from Stainless Steel 316, ensuring durability and resistant to environmental factors. The rope material should also be Stainless Steel 316, and the system to be designed to handle a load capacity and breaking strength of 8KN, guaranteeing robust support during rooftop activities. (This system should be branded by SY and to be specifically tailored for use in work at heights applications up to a height of 28mtr. from FFL) including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Installation of scaffolding at the site to facilitate cladding work by using H frames with cup lock systems to provide a stable and secure platform for workers. This scaffolding setup, should provide strength and ease of assembly, involves assembling H frames and securely connecting them using the cup lock system, to enhances stability. Erection of the scaffolding to the required height, ensuring it reaches all areas where cladding/roofing work is to be performed, including installation of base plates and sole boards to evenly distribute the load.Working platforms to be installed using scaffold boards or planks, with access ladders or stairways provided for safe movement between levels. Safety measures should include installing guardrails, toe boards, and mid-rails on all working platforms, and conducting regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
