Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge nexc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers nexc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick in floorings over and including cement screed base 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing to be matched with existing floor upto satisfactIon of Engineer-in-Charge incl demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick in skirtings, dado and pillar over cement screed base 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing to be matched with existing floor incl demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.
