S&F BLDC Ceiling fan (white colour without remote) copper motor complete with three blades down rod , accessories 230 V, 1200mm sweep with service value of 6 and minimum 220 CMM BEE 5 star rated, double bearing with brushless direct current motor including two core PVC insulated copper wire white sheathed of size 0.5 sqmm sqmm from fan connector to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Writing MES No in 20mm letter size with black paint etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The BLDC fan shall be without remote control.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of split type Air conditioner with copper tubing coils of capacity 1.5 TR Dual invertor type compressor Non CFC complete with indoor, outdoor unit and complete accessories BEE 3 star rated including cordless remote control unit with inbuilt filter for better indoor air quality cooling complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Copper Pipes with insulation material upto 5 meter, PVC clamps, outdoor unit MS stand powder coated with nut, bolt & fasteners complete and water drain pipe for indoor unit upto floor level, PVC insulated PVC sheathed Copper wire of suitable size upto 5 meter is included in the quoted rate. (b) Making hole on wall for Copper pipes,drain pipes and making good to match with existing wall surface are included in quoted rates. (c) Writing MES No in 20mm letter size with black paint etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) Old unserviceable AC to be deposited to MES Store yard. (e) Any other item required to make AC in serviceable condition to be deemed included in quoted Rates by contractor under respective Schedule.

Supply, fix and installation of window type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR Dual invertor type compressor Non CFC Electric Driven single Phase, BEE 3 star rated complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Old unserviceable AC to be deposited to MES Store yard. (b) Making opening on brick wall/window by cutting etc for fixing window AC including covering the remaining widow with pre laminated both side ply board of size 10 mm as per site requirement and making/matching with surrounding surface is included in quoted rates. (c) Writing MES No in 20mm letter size with black paint etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) Any other item required to make AC serviceable to be deemed included in quoted Rates by contractor under respective Schedule.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade concealed in wall along with 4 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 3M modular Power unit MCB protected plug top and socket board in sheet steel enclosure with 32 Amp rated mini MCB, 240 V, 50 Hz complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of socket board and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed.
