REFILLING OF EMPTY CHLORINE GAS CYLINDERS AND REPAIR/MAINT OF CHLORINE PLANTS ETC AT IMA DEHRADUN

Defusing of chlorine gas cylinder of 100 Kg capacity by getting the defective cylinder completely empty and safe for handling including transportation of empty defective chlorine gas cylinder after testing from refilling station to Store Yard of AGE E/M IMA Dehradun complete all as directed.

Transportion only of empty chlorine gas cylinder of 100 KG capacity from Store Yard of AGE E/M IMA Dehradun to chlorine filling station, complete including air drawing and cleaning, repainting with two coats of synthtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including scrapping old paint, making smooth surface for new paint on chlorine gas cylinder surface and stenciling of Sl No. and wt of cylinder of 100 kg cap with black paint at filling agency and transporting back filled chlorine gas cylinder from refilling station to Store Yard of AGE E/M IMA Dehradun including replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts with new parts complete all as directed. NOTE:- (i) The Chlorine Gas cylinders shall be got filled either direct from manufacturers or from their authorized agents, authorized by manufacturers or department of explosive, authorized specifically for refilling of Chlorine Gas cylinder. Cost of Clorine gas shall paid as supply only under respective items. (ii) The replacement of defective/unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of BOQ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under this item.

Supply only chlorine gas confirming to IS-646-1970 filled in 100 Kg Capacity gas cylinders including Hydraulic testing of filled Chlorine gas cylinder complete all as directed. Make: Shri Ram/Group Tech/Pacl NOTE: Empty cylinders shall be issued to the contractor for refilling only through proper gate pass. Weight of un-filled cylinders and its serial number shall be recorded in gate pass. Weight of filled cylinders and its serial number shall be recorded in the receipt voucher. Test certificate for gas and cylinder issued by the dealer/ agency shall be submitted while claiming the payment.

Supply only cylinder control valve as per IS:3224 specification for chlorine gas cylinder of 100 Kg capacity, ISI Marked complete all as directed.

Supply only protective dome capacity for 100 Kg chlorine gas cylinder ISI Marked complete all as directed.

Supply only Lead washer to chlorine gas cylinder of capacity 100 Kg all as directed.

Supply only orthotodoline solution in 500 ml packing bottle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid ammonia in 500 ml packing bottle.complete all as specified and directed.

DOL starter in steel sheet enclosure AC, 415 volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, relay range 9 to 14 Amps, suitable for up to 7.5 HP motor complete including dismantling existing unserviceable starter complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No DXSD 204-321 of C & S. Make: L&T/ABB/Schneider/BCH/C&S

High pressure transparent type PVC pipe 10 mm dia outer of chloronome plant, as per manufacturer's design complete including taking down existing unserviceable pipe complete all as directed.

Day to day maintenance and inspection of chloronome plants at various water supply installation inside the complex pressure feed type, booster pump set, starter panel, vaccum plant, injector assembly connecting pipes and valve of each plants including strip opening of chloronome plant and replacement of all defective parts, washers by deploying one experienced mechanic to achieve satisfactory residual chlorine result at user end from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs during working day. Note:- (i) Log sheet should be filledd by rep of contractor on daily basis and initialed by Engr-in-Charge every consecutive day shall be submitted while claiming the payment. (ii) Non attending complaint of chloronome plant is subject to a recovery of Rs 2500.00 per plant per day will be recovered while claiming the payment.

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chlorite based granular disinfectant for water treatment and packed in 45 kg plastic drum having chlorine content 65%-70% for disinfectant for water treatment complete all as directed. Make: As approved by GE. Note:- (i) Approval of chemical (Calcium Hypochlorite) shall be given after verification of test certificates of chemical of manufractures and other factors like chemical analysis strength in terms of quantity of chlorination. Contractor shall submit test certificate of approved laboratory. (ii) Consumable in water supply installation having batch No.with manufacturing date should not exceed more than 90 days.

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chlorite based granular disinfectant for water treatment and packed in 45 kg plastic drum having chlorine content 60%-70% for disinfectant for water treatment complete all as directed. Make: As approved by GE. Note:- (i) Approval of chemical (Calcium Hypochlorite) shall be given after verification of test certificates of chemical of manufractures and other factors like chemical analysis strength in terms of quantity of chlorination. Contractor shall submit test certificate of approved laboratory. (ii) Consumable in water supply installation having batch No.with manufacturing date should not exceed more than 90 days.

Supply only Copper sulphate crystal type suitable for water treatment as approved by GE. Note: Consumable in water supply installation having batch No.with manufacturing date should not exceed more than 90 days.

Supply only Alum crystal type laboratry grade suitable for swimming pool for agitation and water treatment as approved by GE. Note: Consumable in water supply installation having batch No.with manufacturing date should not exceed more than 90 days.

Supply only distilled water for batteries (in 1 ltr PVC bottle packing) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement testing and commissioning of Granular chlorination dosing pump all chemical type, high pressure, reciprocal gear motored, adjustable dosing pump having out put 2.0 GDP to 40 GDP for pressure between 5.0 kg/sqcm to 10kg/sqcm with accesories i.e electric motor 230V/440V, injection check valve heavy duty, and ferrule complete all as specified. Supply & fix in replacement, testing and commissioning of granular Solution prepration cum setting FRP tanks 100 Ltrs including service tank capacity 300 Ltrs having agitator motor with shaft 0.25 to 0.5 HP single phase complete all as specified. Make:- As approved by GE.

Supply & fix in replacement, testing and commissioning of granular Solution prepration cum setting FRP tanks 100 Ltrs including service tank capacity 170 Ltrs having agitator motor with shaft 0.25 to 0.5 HP single phase complete all as specified. Make:- As approved by GE.

Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of Gnanular chlorination dosing pump , high pressure, single head,gear motored adjustable dosing pump having output of 2 U.S.GPD to 40 U.S. GPD and adjustable high pressure of up to 100 PSI(7KG/Sq CM with accessories including lead, tubing, connection nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules and 100 liters FRP tank with lid & Level gauge along with Agitator and shaft and blade in plastic mounted on tank. The agitator motor must possess following specifications:- Voltage input 230V, Single phage, 50HZ, 900 RPM of suitable capacity.
