SH-I (SITC WORK)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “ Crash rated Electro- Hydraulic tyre killer" having blocking width of minimum 7.5-meter length. The tyre killer system shall be designed to damage a vehicle by destroying tyres, axles and suspension of motor vehicles. The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier made of tempered steel with 25mm nominal dia of spikes, at an angle of 60 deg, spacing between spikes not more than 100 mm from centre of spikes , 450 mm minimum height of the spikes measured from top of the foundation frame to top of the barrier inclusive of top road plate, Operation time-2 to 3 second,frequensy of operation minimum 200 cycle per hour, minimum 20 ton of axle load barring capacity for moving vehicle, local control panel with control & logic circuit system including integration with central control panel, whether proof hydraulic power unit (HPU) with electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump, self-priming self-sump pump, safety interlock detector to prevent the tyre killer from being accidentally raised, power off operation system for minimum 3 full cycle operation , manual operation system with hand pump, suitable to work on 230V / 415V, 50Hz AC supply including all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing PQC / bitumen road, fixing of the Spikes systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of Spike arrestor, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 100 Meter) and cable inter-connection etc. complete as required as per the technical specification of contract agreement as required. Note:-Cost includes each and every item mentioned above.

Bollards should be of minimum 850 mm height and 250 to 275 mm dia. made up of heavy steel cylindrical weldment, Operation time-5 to 8 second,frequency of operation minimum 200 full cycle per hour, minimum impact load of bollard 180 KN, minimum 20 ton of axle load barring capacity for moving vehicle,local control panel with control & logic circuit system including integration with central control panel, whether proof hydraulic power unit (HPU) with electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump, self-priming self-sump pump, safety interlock detector to prevent the being from being accidentally raised under an unauthorized vehicle, power off operation system for minimum 3 full cycle operation , manual operation system with hand pump, suitable to work on 230V / 415V, 50Hz AC supply including all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing PQC / bitumen road, fixing of the Spikes systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of Spike arrestor,supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 100 Meter) and cable interconnection, etc. complete as required as per the technical specification of contract agreement as required. SITC of central control panel with control & logic circuit system,including required hardware ,sofware, Key management (for 32 keys) system with access control through finger, RFID & PIN to avoid unauthorized access to local control panel including integration with local panels of tyre killer and bollard system as mentioned in item No.1,&2 as detailed in technical specification etc complete as required.

SH-II (ELECTRICAL WORK)

Providing and laying of 50 mm ISI marked HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984, along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope as required including fitting, cutting, jointing by HDD trenchless method direct in ground (up to 6 Mtrs below ground level ) in all type of soil etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Providing and laying of 50 mm ISI marked HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984, along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope as required including fitting, cutting, jointing by direct in ground (up to 75 cm below ground level ) in all type of soil etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of up to 35 sqmm. size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 63 A, 35 KA, FP MCCB.

Supply of 4 core x 25 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Up to 35 sq. mm. size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm).size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of the all the equipments mentioned in Item No. 1, 2 & 3 after completion of Defect Liability Period of One (01) year. Note:- AICMC Rates already workout by AAI on pre-decided percentage basis. Bidders are not allowed to quote for the same.

For 2nd Year after DLP @ 11.52 % Escalation on 1st year rate

For 3rd Year after DLP @ 10.22 % Escalation on 2nd year rate

For 4th Year after DLP @ 10.07 % Escalation on 3rd year rate

For 5th Year after DLP @ 8.09 % Escalation on 4th year rate
