Material and labour for periodical servicing including chemical cleaning of condenser tubes and cooling coils by cleaning with fresh water there after spraying with diluted caustic soda solution to remove complete scale for window AC's/ Split AC's, Water coolers of any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rates deemed tobe included of ACs on high rise building upto 6 floors)

Supply and fix compressors for the following AC's/Water Coolers/Refrigerators all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge (a) 1.5 Ton Window type AC

(b) 1.5/2 Ton capacity split/Cassette type AC

(c) 40/80 Ltr capacity Water coolers

(d) 60/120/150 Ltr capacity water coolers

(e) 165/180/230 Ltr Capacity Refrigerator

M&L for Refrigerant R-12/R-22/R-410A/R-134A all as required at site for any type of AC and water coolers/Refrigerators complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for thermostat 230 V AC suitable for 1.5 Ton Window type AC complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M &L for Temperature Sensor with cod assembly 230 V AC suitale for Split type/cassetter Ac of 1.5/2 Ton cap complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for Air filter suitale for 1.5 Ton/2 Ton split AC as per sample complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
