Design, detailed engineering, manufacture and SITC of 28 HP of VRV / VRF AC (Heating and Cooling) system and dedicated treated fresh air unit with required civil and electrical work at Traffic Engg Lab, Civil Department IIT Roorkee as specified including 05 year CAMC after expiry of one year warranty period. (Minimum COP is required at 50% load 4.7 and at 100% 3.8 for individual outdoor unit). All indoor units will be cassete type with individually and centrally controlled. Corded remotes are required.

(Minimum COP is required at 50% load 4.7 and at 100% 3.8 for individual outdoor unit) For Room-2 which approx. dimensions are 60 x 9 x20 ft. proposed with ductable system. for Room-1 which approx. dimensions are 28x31x 11 ft. indoor units may be provided with highwall / cassete / ductable as per site conditions. Individually and centrally controlled and Corded remotes are required.
