M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for RCC M-20 (nominal mix), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 50 mm thick sand filling/ cushion under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping etc including use of form work and finishing all exposed faces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan exc 6 m Mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed

M &L for two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces including preparation of surface incl chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil

Removing excavated soil ex 250 m but n.ex 500m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point

S&F of PVC 75 mm bore (SWR) pipes single socket, in any length with rubber ring joint, fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed

Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

M&L for point wiring with 4 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable with proper colour coding drawn in PVC casing caping with FR PVC 4 Sqmm multistranded unsheatheed copper wire for continious earth, sunk in cast iron/MS terminal box 2.8 mm thick duly painted with aluminium inside and antocorrosive paint out side including connecting earth for 3 pin socked outlet, 15 Amps , independent board inclusing making good to the disturbed surface all as spd and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note: (a) Wiring shall be done by using colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) After completion of all wiring diagram of internal circuit with inventory shall be produced by cotractor duly sign by user to Engr -in-charge.

S&F Socket outlet 3 pin, 15 Amp, flush type. Complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity of 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed. Make : Blue star Model No- IC318QATU or equivalent make of Hitachi,Mitsubhi as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing of submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor 1100Volts grade, FRLS type, cables 6 Sqmm drawn through in and including rigid PVC heavy duty PVC casing caping upto 32mm or PVC conduit upto 25mm on wall surface/ recessed as required at site including 6 Sqmm 1100Volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to common earth terminals complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of cables and one run of continuous earthing cable and casing and caping will be measured as one length of sub main.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amp. complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
