Excavation in foundation trenches etc.( for pipes and pits) in all kind of soil such , as pick work, jumper work saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads & lifts including timbering & dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring shuttering planking timbering and dewatering where ever required stacking usable/unusable material soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of a diversion for traffic night signals,fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyetnylene pipes ) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fitting s,Tees & bends of alldegree in all leads and lifts to the PVC Control valve of reputed make in outlet chamber to control the water for distribution system in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately)

Providing Laying, jointing & testing of MSERW pipe with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) steel flanged pipes after every 18 mtr of pipe of following diameter Conforming to IS 3183-2207, having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (Two inner & one outer), where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

MSERW pipe 200 mm dia with wall thickness of 4.8 mm, (FT-17) = 501 Rmt

Providing MS flanges (In pairs) for the joints of MSERW pipes mentioned as below and same shall conform to BIS 6392-1971 ( latest with up to date amendments) including the cost of nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to relevant BIS standards and it shall also include carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing form work of steel shuttering with steel plat as 3.15mm thich welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to fair finish including centring, shuttering floor two seiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. And removal of the same for insiturein forced conerete and plain concrete work in foundation and plinth. within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work I/c bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing & fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia class PN 1.6 of Kirloskar make conforming to IS-780-1984(latest with upto date ammendment) having seat pressure 10.20 Kg/cm2 with MS flange including nuts and bolts with gasket sheet with in all leads and lifts. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing of acting air valve of various dia BS: 1818- G I test pressure and as per upto date ammendments including MS flanges with table 17 gasket sheet etc. complete in all respects Gravity mains as below.
