S & F 12MM thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling madeout of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish. Note - The ceilling surface shall be even and smooth, ready to be painted. If necessary white cement based putty of approved make shall be applied to bring the surface to even and smooth finish at no extra cost. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this provision.

M&L preparing roof surface by removing oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminants manually and Providing and applying pitch free polyurethene water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surface at 1.5mm thick in 2 coats with interval period of 6 hours between application of each coat over the substrate at coverage rate of 2Kg/Sqm using spray/squeege/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 200% (ASTM D412-90, Tear resistance of >7N (ASTM D 624-00), and tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90) and it should have a solid content of 80-85% Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for providing pressure grouting on leaking points using 40 psi grout pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including packing joints using polymer modified mortar , applying a coat of polyplus AC , two component acrylic based , water proof coat @ 500 gms/sqm , after 4 hrs applying second coat with polyplus AC @ 500 gms/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastered on Brick/Concrete wall and ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed .

M& L for rendering 8 mm thick CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 12 mm thick in CM 1:6 using liquid WPC, fair surfaces of brick work or concrete, finished even and fair all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation new plastered external wall surfaces and apply one coat of primer and allowed to dry overnight before applying first coat of weather proof (anti fungal paint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Before application of primer coat, the moisture of the wall surface shall be checked with a moisture meter .

M&L for application of first coat of weather proof paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac )on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of weather proof paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) over first coat on wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F square UPVC rain water gutter (220 MM), with all necessary fittings like MS flat iron, clamp, joints, end cap, corner drop, centre drop, etc joining compounds, nut, bolts or screws etc and fixing in position, at any height complete all as specified and as directed. Make EURO GUARD PRO or equalent as approved by GE.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls(jointing shall be done with solvent cement) complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F PVC (SWR) bends, any radius, 110mm bore all as specified,complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Micro-concreting in RCC coloumns and Beams including chemicals and necessary form work, average thickness 50mm as per the following stages:- (i) Remove damaged concrete portions completely till the reinforcement is fully exposed, carefully with mechanical means and hand chiseling and clean the dust particles. (ii) Clean the reinforcement and apply Nitrozinc primer manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent. Provide additional reinforcement of same dia as that of the original reinforcement, incase the dia of the original reinforcement has reduced by more than 1/3 dia of original reinforcement. Addl reinforcement shall be welded or properly tied to the original reinforcement using mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia (iii) Applying bonding agent NITO BOND EP or equivalent to the concrete surface thoroughly (iv) Providing leakproof shuttering system for the jacket portion of the member and pour micro concrete with Rendroc RG manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent ( compressive strength of Micro concrete shall be min 50 N/mm2) complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in Charge. Note:-Mixing and pouring of micro concrete, application of bonding agent, primer to reinforcement shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction. Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately

Dismantling wall/floor tiling/ terrazo tile/ mosaic tiles/ pcc tiles incl. cement mortar bedding removing serviceable bles to store and rubbish off the premises as in repair.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile not exc 0.11 Sqm, over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) in flooring, 2mm spacer between the tiles to be provided for epoxy joint filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Joint filling shall be measured and paid seperately under item No.50 below.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 450x300X7mm/600x300x7mm in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for epoxy tile joint filling using Kerapoxy of MPAEI or equivalent on floor and walls. Note:- Application shall be as per manufactures instructions

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) stone slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust to match with marble shade over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed .
