BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of the M-25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site . including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding seignorage charges, cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for PLINTH, PEDESTALS and FOOTINGS.

BLD-CSTN-12-3-(170) & amendment; Painting to walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit and shade over existing base coat of water based primer of exterior grade-2 of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls.
