Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl Item No 3.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soils not exceeding 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hardwood (Sal) plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2010 Part-II compete all as specified and directed.

40mm thick second class hardwood (Sal/Hollock) factory made plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails & panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply wood or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both side. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock) glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of door shutters as specified in SSR- 2009 Part-I Section 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28mm - 30mm thick (stiles) with wood free EPS,with 2,4,or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face complete all as specified and directed.

Steel window 1.25mm thick box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 85mm x 35mm double rebated comprises gauged, glazed skelton shutter ERW Sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consiting two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 30mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC M-15, type B-0 (04 No's for each window, steel duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on prepared surfaces) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing including following fitting welded to frame shutter:- (i) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work as in hold fast, wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling ,bolting or reverting etc and all similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed. .

40 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as directed by EIC, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, as in skirting/ vertical surfaces etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4, cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring with white boarder lining 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry or surface other than fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.
