Supply and fixing in repairs of 11 KV HT CTs( Primary and secondary) as per existing suitable ratio, whether wound ring or bar type with complete settings with relay, short circuit instrument, earthfault instrument ,metering equipment with transformer ratio adjustment with burden,accuracy and Overhauling of primary injection by artificial load through CT's & secondry injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multipule setting readjustment and testing comlete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs of 11 KV PT's both ( Primary and secondary) and apply multi grease for mechnical parts, inspecting HT bushing male and female and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts,replaced damaged insulators and testing, and assembling, allienemts of components and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of 11 KV HT contact assembly such as auxillary contactor(2 No+2NC) with burnt coil and all accessories and checking of electrical wiring system,and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnected of 6.6KV electric supply from existing 2/4 pole structure and maintenance and servicing/ overhauling of existing indoor type, horizontal draw out type VCB, of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, current rating of 630-800 Amps by disconnected HT cable termination joints, checking and cleaning all the spare parts of 6.6 KV VCB to avoid any chance of flashing, loose connection sparking, any burning parts and to replace all nuts,bolts and washers, if found any damaged due to flashing,short circuit, moisture descaling(cleaning of joints/busbars),earth fault etc with new one anodiesed of existing size,testing and calibration of earth fault and over load relays complete after re-connection of all dismantled cables and again testing after re-charging the VCB and testing complete with satisfactorily of Engr-in-charge and the necessary spares i e as per original equipment manufactures as per site requirement and materials as under:- (Location BGTC :- BGTC old & Power House No.6 of 6.6 KV sub stn) (Make:- Yamuna & CG)

(Location:- TCP,BH,DODA,RCTC, APS & CQB ,BGTC OLD power house & BGTC PowerHouse No.6 11 KV Sub Stn) Note (a) : Transformer oil will be measured & paid separately (b) Contractor carry out the filtration at site by on line machine filtration shall cost quoted in unit rate only

Repair and maintenance and servicing and overhauling of step down transformers and disconnecting of LT and HT cable carefully from Transformer and opening top cover by removing nuts, bolts and washers and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks,draining out transformer oil, and including of cleaning of oil tank with replacement of all gaskets,oil seals,servicing of tap chaging gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points, and dismantling of 4Nos LT bushing and 3Nos of HT bushing with studs and including necessary tools and plant for removal of sediments,carbon deposits at bottom of transformer tank, on core,on winding and cleaning/heating of slica gel in breather and replacing with new silica gel after to make up the reduced quantity and etc and new transformer oil if required for topping up and attending leakages problem and including re assembling and testing with HT megger at the presence of engineer-in- charge upto satishfatory level complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for paintng of 4 pole structure of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms in two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of silver oil painting upto smooth finishining and painting to satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and painting work carryout at any height and including marking of pole numers as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cost of painting material is deemed to be included in quoted rate only).

Material and labour for tree branches/vegitation cutting around the 2/4 polestructure and HT lines and installations from line conductor to tree distance up to 4 mtrs and cutted wood pieces/vegitation materials disposal upto distance not exc 100 mtr at defence land location where as directed and including providing safety eqpts & cutting tools,ladders etc will be own arrangement by the contractor and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Safety measures will be fully responsible by tenderer (2) During tree /branches/vegitation cutting any damages on OH lines/installation should be reuniform responsible fully by the tenderer with out any extracost.(3) Approximately distance covered both side for the HT lines/installatons not exc 100 mtr measured as a one Job only

M&L for calibration and testing of protection relays of any make or type fitted on 11 KV RMU's/CSS as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for earth fault, over current, phase over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site, settings to ensure that fault shall not travel to nearest source feeder including minor repair, replacement of wiring etc, if required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The setting shall be carried out by only qualified engineers. (b) Caliberation shall be carried out as per load and site conditions to avoid any fault.
