Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and N Technical Specification Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. Plain Cement concrete grade M10 Nominal mix 1:3:6

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 702,704,1202 and 1203 coursed rubble masonry (2nd sort) in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement: Five sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all O complete upto plinth level and above up to all floor within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D ( Five| 752.700 hundred D) or more.within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
