RAW WATER PUMPING PLANT:-

Cost for disconnecting the electric connection, dismounting of 6'dia column pipes each of 20 feet in length in Panchet Dam, dismounting of 40HP Horizontal Submersible Pump set and taking out from Dam with the help of manual steamer & man power, taking up to the upper road via 100 feet stair with the help of 20 Nos. of man power, transportation to workshop with all labour tools and tackles. Once in a year for 2Nos. P/Set i.e. 2 Job.

Cost towards dismantling of Aqua make, 40HP Horizontal Submersible Pump set ,cleaning, checking and changing of damaged spares such as pump shaft, impeller, bushes etc as per size and sample, assembly the same after repairing and overhaulling etc all complete and testing on full load.(Rate after deducting the scrap materials) Once in a year for 2Nos. Pump i.e.2 Job.

Cost towards dismantling and rewinding of 40HP submersible induction motor, 3Phase, 50Hz, operated on 415V with s/f of suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire with all required insulating materials, such as bamboo sticks, cotton paper, pvc tape, s/f of bearings as per sample, assembling the same etc all complete with all labour tools tackles and technician charges.Once in a year for 2Nos. motor i.e.2 Job.

Cost towards repairing and overhauling of Motor Control Panel with replacement of damage parts such as Contactor set, over load relay, timer, ampere meter, voltmeter, phase indicating lamps, lugs, dressing of electrical wires etc all complete and tersting on load with all labour tools, tackles and technician charges. Once in a year i.e. 1 Job.

Cost for mounting the of 6'dia column pipes each of 20 feet in length in Panchet Dam, mounting of 40HP Horizontal Submersible Pump set and taking inside to Dam with the help of manual steamer & man power, taking down from the upper road via 100 feet stair with the help of 20 Nos. of man power, transportation from workshop with all labour tools and tackles. Once in a year for 2Nos. P/Set i.e. 2 Job.

(a) Cost for 95 sq. mm x 3.5 core PVC sheathed & PVC insulated, 1.1 KV grade aluminum armored cable. Make – Havells/Any ISI marked reputed make. (From DVC Switch room to Motor Control Panel)

(b) Cost towards laying of above aluminum armored cable from DVC Switch room to Motor Control Panel via Panchet Dam with the help of boats including all labour tools,tackles and technician charges.

(c)Cost towards making cable mouth for above 3.5 core x 95mm2 aluminum armored cable with lugs and jointinting materials etc all complete.

CLEAR WATER PUMPING PLANT:-

Cost towards disconnecting the electric connection, suction and delivery pipe line connections, dismounting of 12.5HP HSC Pump from baseplate, dismantling the pump at workshop,and doing complete repairing & overhaulling of HSC Pump, by cleaning, checking and changing of its damaged spares such as C.I. Impeller -1No.as per sample, Pump shaft SS-1No.,Shaft sleeve as per sample-2Nos., Gland bracket as per sample-1No., bearing housing repairing work,with supplying and fitting of ball bearing as per sample-2Nos. SKF Make etc and doing assembly the same all complete and testing on full load with all labour, tools, tackles and fitter charges. (Rate after deducting the scrap materials) Once in a year for 1Nos. Pump i.e. 1 Job.

Cost towards dismantling and complete rewinding of 12.5 HP 3phase 1460 rpm 415 volt, 50c/s squirrel cage induction motor with s/f super enameled copper wire as required size, and insulating materials , packing paper , bamboo stick and cotton tape etc all complete & assembly the same and fitting on base plate including , heating , varnishing, with supplying and fitting of ball bearing as per sample-2Nos.SKF make and assembly the same etc all complete and testing on load . (Rate after deducting the scrap materials and burnt wires). Once in a year for 1No. motor i.e. 1 Job.

Cost towards disconnecting the electric connection, dismounting the column pipe and lifting of 40 HP vertical Submersible Pump set with the help of Hydra from clear water sump with colum pipe and transportation to workshop including all labour, tools, tackles and technician etc all complete.

Cost towards dismantling the 40HP Vertical Submersible Pump at workshop,and doing complete repairing & overhaulling of Pump, by cleaning, checking and changing of damaged spares such as pump shaft, impeller as per sample, bushes etc as per size and sample, assembly the same after repairing and overhaulling etc all complete and testing on full load.(Rate after deducting the scrap materials) Once in a year for 1Nos. Pump i.e.1 Job.

Cost for consumable materials such as, Gland packing, insertion rubber Packing-, nut bolt,washer, Grease, tube ligt, bulb, Broom, Logbook, etc. Once in a year i.e.1 Job.

Pipe line repairing works:-

Cost for Repairing of rising main & distribution network main pipe line of 100 mm to 250 mm dia with consumable materials such as pig lead, yarn, C.I. Specials etc all complete, repairing of different CIDF sluice valve with making of new SS spindle, checknut with nut bolt , insertion rubber etc all complete with all labour tools, tackles and technician charges.

Supply and dosing of Alum and bleaching:-

Average Consumption of Alum 30 mg /L x 2.60 MLD =78 Kg/Day x 365 days

Average Consumption of Bleaching Powder 2g/KL x 2.60 MLD =5.20 Kg/Day x 365 days say 1900Kg
