Earthwork in re-excavation / silt clearance of drainage channels in all kinds of soil including sludge and slush but excluding slush mixed with industrial wastes, sewage, municipal garbage, carcasses, etc and depositing the same as per profile in proper place as directed by the depositing the same as per profile in proper place as directed by the hazard and making arrangement to maintain the site in workable condition including removal of polypacks, brickbats, stone ballasts & boulders, remnants of bullah & bamboo pins and all kinds of water hyacinth, solid / semi solid compact mass formed due to water hyacinth and burning them to ashes or removing outside Govt land where necessary and removal of thick & thorny jungles upto 30 cm girth including shoring and shuttering, if required, and including initial removal of sludge and slush etc by pan or bucket if required, and making arrangement for bailing out of any seepage water and removal of sand or soil blown from underneath, all complete. (Measurement : Pre-work and Post-work level section. Pre-work section to be taken after removal of water hyacinth and all other floating materials etc.) By manual means within an initial lead of 30 M and an initial lift of 1.5M.

Disposal / carriage of excavated earth / materials outside Government land by truck or by any other conveyance over kancha / pucca road including making access for plying the truck or any other conveyance beyond 300 m from the excavated point including cost of stacking, loading, unloading, transporting, arrangement of land, if required by agency, spreading and levelling as necessary etc. complete. Measurement : By stacks at loading point after deducting voids as per rule. (This item can only be used after obtaining permission from the concerned Superintending Engineer).

Taking out old existing unservicable damaged gate shutter of canal/river completely after disengaging from hoisting system completely for installation of new gate shutter. The work includes cutting of gatesinto suitable pieces by gas cutting, removing the same by mechanical means or suitable crane, stacking all the pieces at the suitable place or as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a lead of 1000m. The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling and cost of consumables like oxygen, accetylene gas, welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like chain pully block, gas st, grinding machine, welding set, tools & tackles, scaffolding and safetyequipments etc including carriage loading & unloading. The cost of complete dismantling of hoisting system & cost of old unserviceable materials handed over to departmental godown including loading & unloading will be provided extra Gate shutter upto 4 sq.m

Fabrication, Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Canal/River as per IS: 5620 -2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizontal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062-2011 / latest rivision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries, Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). Width of Gate shutter size upto 2 metre.

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Flap/Fall board shutter of Canal/River as per IS: 5620 2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizantal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle , channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). Width of Gate shutter size upto 4 metre.

Supply , installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machineries, Manpower, Cutting,Machining, Aligining, Anchoring, Welding,Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts completeas per specification(without painting)‘˜’œ’—‘˜’œ’—‘˜’œ’—‘˜’œ’—‘˜’œ’—‘˜’œ’’˜— Bush (GM)

Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system of regulator gates of canal/ river by cleaning, checking, greasing screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust bearing, guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling, greasing and fixing of missing nut and bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job asper direction of EiC.Œ‘Š›Žœ

Supplying fitting, Fixing of ss (AISI 304) bolts, nut & washer. dia 10 mm to 20 mm length above 150mm

Painting hoist structural components, tressle bridge ,crane, lifting beam, cat work bridge and other similar structure on prepared surfaces with two coats of zinc phosphate primer (airless spray preferred) 40 microns/coat and one coat 65+/-5 micron of alkyd based micaccous iron oxide paint followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint 25 microns/coat including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.
