Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bid is to be submitted in the Government of Karnataka e-procurement platform system only.

Tender validity shall be 180 days from the date of Bid opening.

Quoted prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes & duties.

RPCL reserves the right to verify any information/ documents furnished by the bidder should the circumstances so warrant. In case the information or the documents furnished are found to be in correct/ false or invalid then the EMD Furnished by such bidder will be forfeited.

Please note that brief specification is entered in e-proc portal due to space constraint, the bidder shall quote as per SPECIFICATION SCHEDULE attached in tender documents.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall have successfully supplied ladders/Aluminium scaffoldings to any Power station/Govt. Department/PSU/Private sector/any Industry. In proof of the same, bidder shall upload purchase order copies amounting to Rs 1.55 lakhs/above, issued by Chief Engineer/Project head/competent authority.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be a Manufacturer /supplier of ladders/Aluminium scaffoldings. As documentary proof, bidder shall upload supplier/Manufacturer certificate or such document issued by a statutory authority/Original equipment manufacturer.

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs. 3.1 lakh in at least two financial years i.e., (2020-21 to 2024-25). As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement/balance sheet duly certified by a chartered accountant.
