Site Survey, design & preperation of drawing of GWTP with allied infrastructure as per schematic drawing attached for acceptance of OMC.
Construction of Control Room and Development of Green Garden ( Civil portion)as per the drawing accepted and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Suppling fitting fixing and laying of 50mm inner dia HDPE pipe line including all fitting and laying in ground with necessary excavation and filling etc complete in all respect as directed by EIC.
110 mm dia PVC Shchedule 80 Pipe of Oriplast/Hariplast/Astral make with all round hunching with PCC (1:3:6) using 25mm size CBHG chips including excavation and refilling and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
160 mm dia PVC Shchedule 80 Pipe of Oriplast/Hariplast/Astral make with all round hunching with PCC (1:3:6) using 25mm size CBHG chips including excavation and refilling and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing of pipe line Isolated control valve of ZOLOTO/SHAKTI/LEADER make as directed by EIC.
Supply of 20 KLD GWTP along with allied works as per design and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply of electro-mechanical equipment for 20 KLD GWTP as per design and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying all materials and installation of electrical works required for the plant as and where necessary to smooth running of plants.
Initial 72 hrs Hydro test for all constructed civil structures and trial commissioning of STP.
Commissioning and trial run for 3 months with respective test reports fortnightly for outlet quality and monthly for inlet quality of raw sewage as below parameters: As per clause-8.7.13 A. Ph. B.TSS C.BOD D.COD E.Oil & Grease
OMC for 3 years Annual Operation & Maintenance of GWTP (Grey Water Treatment Plant) including repairs and replacements & periodical preventive maintenance of all pumps, equipments, acessories and other electro-mechanical units with supply of necessary manpower including supervisory staff and deployment of technical experts / skilled technicians as may be required for effective operation of the STP and with supply of neccesary chemicals, lubricants, consumables / biomass culture etc. all cpmplete for successful operation of the GWTP ( Excluding cost of power supply)
