HOUSEKEEPING WORK FOR HWP TALCHER HOUSING COLONY

Amount

Supplying required men & materials, necessary tools / appliances and consumables for sweeping (including stair cases, landings, entrances and path ways) of the Residential Buildings and HWP recreation club / Bhanjamadap with soft broom, including collection of dirt, waste papers, cotton waste etc in and around the Residential / Public buildings and disposing the same at a distance of 2KM, ( Location to be shown by the Engineer) etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (once in a week)

Providig all labour, tools, tackles for Washing the Stair cases, Landings of Residential Blocks, Two nos bus stops in colony with water using necessary detergent and disinfectant (phenyle), removal of cobwebs from the stair cases, including cost of all labour, material, tools etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (water supply will be free of cost and to be availed from the nearest source.) (once in a week)

Providing required men, material & necessary tools, tackles for sweeping of colony roads, Path way, paved areas, all open areas / fields,surrouding of residential buildings and public buidings etc. collection and removal of dirt, dust, littered waste papers/ garbage etc.,and disposing the same at a distance of 2KM, ( Location to be shown by the Engineer) with with open type Cycle Riksha, to the nearest dispoal point shown by EIC, etc. Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (once in a month)

Providing required men, material & tools for Cleaning of Garbage pit in HWPT colony by removing all solid waste, debris, algal mats, unwanted vegetation, stones and other materials with all lifts and leads by using manpowers,tools & tackles and suitable tractor / truck by mechanical/manual methods. complete cleaning including spreading of bleaching powder and disposing the removed materials outside of colony premises as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Three times in a year)

Providing required men & necessary tools & tackles for Grass Cutting of colony open areas, road side berms and surrouding of residential buildings and public buidings, including disposal of rubbish, grass at a distance of 2KM, ( Location to be shown by the Engineer) as per specifications, and as directed by the Engineer in charge. payment in units of 100Sqm.) (Five times in a year)

Maintenance of Lawns / Gardens including but not limited to ground preparation, planting, watering, trimming, weeding, applying fertilizers and pesticides, removal and disposal of horticultural discards, sweeping open areas, spreading of garden soil and manure ( cost of garden soil & manure will be paid separetely) etc. all complete and as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge .

D-3 Guest House. ( atleast one unskilled worker to be supplied for each day )

E-Type Quarters ( atleast one unskilled worker to be supplied for each day )

Rain Water Harvesting Area, Dispensary area, Children Park area, STP side lawn area . ( atleast two unskilled worker to be supplied for each day )

Housekeeping in and around Bhanja Mandap (HWP Recreation Club ) & other miscellaneous manual work like cleaning of newly alloted quarters, cleaing job of public functions like independence day / republic day etc. ( atleast one unskilled worker to be supplied for each day as and when required )

Supervisory services for all the items covered in this schedule above including but not limited to job planning / allocation, continuous supervision, quality and progress checks / reporting and co-ordination as per the direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( atleast two semi skilled worker to be supplied for each day )

Collection & Disposal of Garbage from Residential quarters on every day from the door step of all residential quarters of A,B,D & E type including GM's bunglow and D-3 Guest House, with the help of two trollys mounted with containers, all collected garbage to be disposed at designated place (within a distance of 2KM) as directed by the Engineer in charge, collection and disposal time will start at morning 07.00AM to 12.00AM every day and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower and de-choking for free flow of the sewage and ensure not to obstruct any materials in sewage lines and inspection chambers / Gully chambers / man holes etc all complete including disposal of sludge at a distance of 1Km as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Sewer lines of 150mm dia to 250mm dia from chamber to chamber.

Disposal carcasses of small animals, dogs and burying at a depth of 1.5mtrs and up to a lead of 1Km out side the township including supply of detergent materials, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Control measure for Mosquito menace by fogging operation covering entire outdoor area of Housing colony premises, Transit Guest House, “E” type cluster using KING FOG 1.2 ULV at the dosage of 5 ml chemical with 995 ml of diesel for 1000 sqm area at a frequency of once in a month including cost of chemical, diesel, all tools and tackles, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer.NOTE :-1. Before starting the fogging work, total Diesel and Chemical ( KING FOG 1.25 ULV ) required for each operation are to be supplied by contractor to department and the same will be issued by deptt. staff as per the schedule. 2. Spaying machine is under the scope of the contractor. 3. Every month in between 25th to 30th fogging work must be completed.

Providing and supplying drinking water in Heavy Water Colony Talcher including collecting of water from sources, transporting and distributing to occupied quarters as and when required . All complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
