Supply & Fixing of 100MM Dia G I pipe on Existing

/Erected DP structure along with all necessary MS

5 fittings by inserting the XLPE cable inside G I pipe Entire job 24 Mtr

including all taxes,Transportaion etc. complete. ( 6 Mtr

x 4 Nos = 24 Mtr)

Excavation of cable trench 0.75 meter wide and 1 meter As Per

deep for laying 11 KV 185 mm2 HT XLPE(Double ckt) Approved Drg.

preparation of bed of sand at the bottom of cable

trench. The cable is to be laid on the bed of sand.

After laying cable the entire trench is to be filled with

earth duly rammed up to ground level & Laying of

specified 185 mm2 XLPE Cable in cable trench.

Laying of cable either under Railway track or in open

2 Terms & Conditions

Required 150mm2 C.I. Pipes, 100mm GI Pipes, Outdoor Cable Boxes Termination Kits &

Cable Route Markers, Danger Board, Earthing Materials of the mentioned Specification

will be provided by the Agency (Contractor).

LABOUR CHARGES FOR COMPLETE UG RAILWAY TRACK CROSSING

Charges for the Railway crossing i.e. includes laying,

jointing, insertion of 150mm dia C.I. pipe under railway track,

using Horizontal Auger Guided Boring by Push Through

3 Method, insertation of C.I. pipe inside railway boundary by

cut and fill method, providing and supply of 150mm diameter

C.I. pipe inside Railway Boundry by Cut & Fill

method,Providing & supply of 150 mm Diameter C.I pipe,

laying of 11 KV XLPE cable inside C.I. pipe, providing supply

& fixing 185 mm2 XLPE cable box termination kit, providing

painting , fabrication and fixing of cable marker, providing

and fixing of G.I. pipe on erected structure for mechanical

protection of XLPE cable & providing earthing as per

Railway Authority etc.
