(b). 15mm thick plastering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on the sides mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Applying first layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Applying second layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (e) A coat of industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces. (f) Laying layer of 200 micron polythene film. (g) Two nos of 25mm bore GI pipe (Med gde) spout of 45cm long shall be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water. (h) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tightness by filling water for 72 hours before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage/seepage exists. (j) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean cement concrete of grade M-7.5 using broken bricks.
