M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper on newly plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer over and including 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate), exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsumanhydrous) seameless surface reinforced with G.I. wire mesh fixed to GI framework including GI frame work, hanging fittings and expansion fasteners complete all as specified and as directed.
