Excavation in trenches,not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard /dense soil for foundation etc.or for shafts,well/laying of pipeline cesspits,manholes,pipe holes,etc not exc.10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out.

Returning filling in, including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and as directed i.e. 80% of earth excavation. (Hard dense soil)

Providing and laying Double Flanged (Screwed/ Welded) Centrifugally 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Double Flanged(Spun) Pipes of Class K - 9 conforming to IS : 8329 :and all necessories in any laid in trenches.The joint of pipeline should be made water proof.M&L

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts,rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) 150 mm diameter Class-II

Dismantling existing joints of C.I water mains with flanged endes,NRV, including disconnecting pipes with removing old rubber,bolts,nut,washers,gaskets etc are required. 150 mm nominal bore

Jointing of flanged pipes and fitting with existingwater mains with rubber, including provisionof bolts,nuts,washers,gaskets etc as required.150 mm nominal bore

FITTINGS FOR CAST IRON FLANGED PIPES. (M&L) Supplying, laying & fitting fittings suitable for Cast Iron flanged pipes up to 150mm bore dia like Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc. (M&L)

Supplying & fixing bands ,tapping ,straps,support or stay for supporting of D.I. Pipes including nuts and bolt made of MS flat size 50x6mm or 50x10mm MS angle ISA 60X60X6mm as required at site includingM&L.for 150 mm nominal bore

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2(Using 40mm graded aggregate) in Channels and drain.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick workin cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve,with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameterand 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10(1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cementcomplete as per standard design :With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks ofclass designation 7.5
