RequiredThe bidder may be any reputed, experienced, eligible and interested contractors/ firms/ companies/ agencies registered with concerned authority under relevant act.
RequiredIn case the bidder is contractors/ firms/ companies/ agencies should upload the MOU document with eNIT no, Package No and quantity of vehicles for each package separately (i.e., separate MOU for each Package) from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor or authorized dealer.
RequiredFor attending regular pruning operations of the over grown trees as per the instructions of the UBD officials of MMC, the bidder must have a local office in MMC limits failing which the bid may not be considered because any slackness in execution of pruning work will directly affect the purpose of hiring these vehicles and safety of commuters & pedestrians.
RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in carrying out Tree/Branch Pruning operations by engaging manpower along with vehicles of type MMV or above on hire basis in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2020-21 to 2024-25 or current year.
RequiredThe Bidder should have provided the minimum no. of vehicles (Type: MMV or above) as mentioned in Annexure ? A to carry out Tree/Branch Pruning operations on hire basis in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2020-21 to 20224-25 or current year.
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover as mentioned in Annexure ? A in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2020-21 to 20224-25 or current year
RequiredThe bidder should have liquid assets/ credit facilities of not less than the amounts as mentioned in Annexure ? A from any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Commercial banks. The Certificate shall be valid till the end of FY 2024-25.
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the Acknowledgement Copy of Latest IT Returns i.e., AY 2023-24 and 2024-25.
RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender).
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting and litigation history.
RequiredThe bidder shall submit technical Brochure of the vehicle he wishes to deploy in compliance with the specifications mentioned in Annexure-IV of the RFP document
RequiredThe Bidder shall furnish, as part of the Bid, 2.5% EMD for an amount mentioned in bid data sheet, on-line only (preferably net banking) on e-procurement platform.
