Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth for foundation, laying of pipes, cables, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in trenches high pressure CPVC pipes SDR-11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all necessary fittings, solvents of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying on wall/ceiling or laying in floors high pressure CPVC pipes SDR-11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all necessary fittings, solvents of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 500 Litres capacity Rotational mould polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position including taking down unserviceable tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ball brass valves, high pressure 20 mm dia with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in road cutting, supporting o pipes etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CPVC Ball Valve of size 20 mm dia suitable for CPVC pipe screwed both ends or flanged both ends including necessary fittings and taking down old one complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 to 250 Volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volt with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing water dispenser automatic unit controlled by microprocessor through ozonisation, ISO 22000-2005 certified with purifier with normal, hot & cold water dispensing system in a single unit having inbuilt storage tank (normal water - 25 litres, hot water - 04 litres & cold water - 25 litres) which reprocesses the stored water once in 8 hours with dispensing capacity 90 litres/hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 240 Volt and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS, ISI marked along with One run of 2.5 Sqmm multistranded insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three Runs of copper conductor of 2.5 Sqmm and one run conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 5 to 32 Amps rating 240 Volt, 10KA 'C' in the DB complete with connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 25 mm dia bore Low density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 Kgf/sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix water cooler electric driven (single phase), having approximate storage capacity of 80 Litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour including connecting pipe, drain pipe and connected fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR Inverter type, HD Filter, complete with cordless remote control, latest model eco friendly refrigerant gas, 4500 Kcal / Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled copper condenser with all accessories varied speed including fixing the outdoor unit with suitable stand as site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/ making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes, drain pipes, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including suction and discharge copper pipes with refrigerant including with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor as required at site, Power cabling from Isolator/ Enclosure to unit, first charging of refrigerant gas, drain piping of suitable size including connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep, 230 volts, BEE 5 Star rated (BLDC) ISI Marked with canopy, with all accessories such as nuts, bolts, clamps etc complete including dismantling and depositing the old one in MES Store at AGE B/R Alwaye complete all directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & Fix stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc, as required complete all directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & Labour for down rod (hanging rod) made of GI Tubing 20 mm bore medium grade for length up to 2 metre as required at site suitable for Ceiling fan of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep including provision of holes at both ends for fixing nut and bolts complete all directed by Engineer In Charge.
