Dismantling structural steel as in gates or posts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, and returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with concrete around, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in drain foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete,1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab for drains and similar article with plain face. Set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of drain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, and hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings conforming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) Quality-A and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for hold fasts, Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: hand made sliding bolts; clamps and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block for inserting hold fast and coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed with gray cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over and including 20mm thick screed bed 1:6 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and pigment laid dry over a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 300 mm dia, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S&F reinforced cement concrete pipes 300mm dia, class NP-2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in bed to 300mm class NP-2 pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Returning filling in with excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
