Chipping of old Plaster

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil

Filling available earth

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Red earth filling

Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-incharge.

Bailing of water

Pumping or Bailing out water and removing slush etc by using pump set (approx. 5HP) including cost of labour, oil hire charges of pumpset, etc complete

Shoring

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete ( Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered):

Soling with rough stone of size 200 mm, well packed and filling voids with stone chips and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete

RCC work above plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintel, beams, columns, pillars, slabs, shades, staircase, short columns, fillets, plinth and string courses, etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Supply and laying first quality vitrified digital size 600 x 600mm or nearest size tiles of approved shade and pattern for floors as per architectural design laid with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand ) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3 mm thickness with tile spacer and jointing with with epoxy joint fillers with pigment of matching shades of approved brand in approved pattern with two or more design complete of make Kajaria/Cera/johnson/somany or other approved brand. (All materials shall be arranged by the contractor)

GI Truss work

Steel work in built up GI tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved epoxy primer and 2 or more coats of epoxy paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

PVC roofing sheet

Providing & fixing PVC corrugated roofing sheets (thickness 2mm or above) of good quality up to any pitch, including ridges, fixing with zinc phosphate poly coated hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I plain/ bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.

Aluminium frame work

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete:100 mm

Paint Emulsion including primering

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior/interior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)
