Certificates from its statutory auditors certifying Turnover and Net Worth

An average annual turnover of not less than Rs. 20 (Twenty) Crore during the last three (3) Financial Years and a Net Worth of at least Rs. 5 Crores (Indian Rupees Five Crores) as at the close of the mmediately receding Financial Year. (Copy of Balance Sheet and Profit and loss statement)

The Selected Bidder, is either a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013, shall be responsible for designing, engineering, financing, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project under and in accordance with the provisions of a the Concession Agreement

Integrity pact on plain paper shall be submitted by the Bidder with the RFP Bid duly signed by Authorized signatory and shall be part of the Concession Agreement as per format at Annexure VII.

Certificate regarding Compliance with Restrictions under Rule 144 (xi) of the General Financial Rules (GFRs) as per format given in Appendix-VII shall be submitted by the Bidder with the RFP Bid duly signed by Authorised signatory & shall be part of the Concession Agreement

The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the proposed projector shall possess valid and subsisting certifications issued by accredited certification bodies, including ISO 9001 OHSAS 45001 ISO 14001 ISO 27001 1 Green House Gas Verification ISO 14064-1 2018 EPR Registration certificate

The OEM should comply following criteria-Minimum 500 crores average annual turnover in last 03 financial year, OEM should have registered office in India with 15 years of minimum existence, OEM houls have its own service center, BIS Certificate and compliance shall also be submitted
