Supply and installation of Biosafety cabinet

OD181376/2022-2023: Biosafety cabinet with the working area Size of 4 feet and maximum external dimension of WXDXH 1500mm x 800mm x 1600mm and maximum internal dimension of WXDXH 1270mm x 630mm x 780mm Should be Class II A2 (70% Recirculate, 30% Exhaust) Should have LCD/ LED display backlit Screen Display , microprocessor control for all the safety parameters and system real time monitoring with alarm. Biosafety cabinet should have Average inflow velocity 0.51m/s minimum, Average downflow velocity 0.25-0.40m/s. Main body should be made of Electro-galvanized steel with powder coated finish. Working Chamber should be made up from single piece of SS 304 sheet with rounded corner joints for easy cleaning. Should have World Class brushless DC /dual DC blower motor with automatted air volume compensation for stable air flow and reduce energy consumption. Should have Non-obstructive air return mode in the front suction panel. The drain pan should be SS and there should be in-built drain valve at the bottom of the working chamber for easy cleaning. Should have Pressure sensor for detecting pressure drop of flow of air. Germicidal UV light with timer and lamp duration should be provided. Should have automatic function of UV ON/OFF while closing and opening the front door Should have UV Lamp and LED/Fluorescent Lamp Should have Sound or Flash Alarms for, Filter Blocked, Filter Shattered, Filter Life Time Reminder, Inflow & Down flow Velocity. Sash glass should be of safety glass with UV-Proof and 5mm thickness or better. Sash window opening should be 250mm minimum during working. Cabinet should have arm rest for comfortable working posture and prevents Grille blocking. Should have access port for water & gas and water proof Sockets 2 Nos(minimum) Should have switches and sockets for electrical loop sterilizer Cleanliness Requirements: Cleanliness: HEPA: ISO Class 5 or better Filtration efficiency: HEPA:≥ 99.995%,@0.3μm. or better Filter should have : Down flow : HEPA:≥ 99.995%,@0.3μm particle size; class H14 as per EN1822 or better Exhaust : HEPA:≥ 99.995%,@0.3μm particle size;class H14 as per EN1822 or better Maximum Noise Level : 65dB. Should have heavy duty castors with adjustable foot (4nos) for convenient movement. Cabinet should be independently tested and Certified by NSF 49 with listing on NSF website.
