M&L preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc . all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous (cold emulsion) at 5kg/10sqm with paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with paving bitumen of grade VG 30 any penetration using mechanical paver (7% bitumen replaced by shredded waste plastic) rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 12 ton capacity mechanical paver roller specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes n exc 1 sqm each of depth exc 30mm but n exc 50mm including sweeping freee from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10sqm, blinded and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road reflective studs Cat's eye model No.290 series made of ABS plastic body size100mmx90mmx17mm, dynamically designed, very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflector , fixed as per manufacturer's instruction with suitable adhesive complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick incl reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997.
