MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIC FITTINGS, FIXTURE DBS, SUBMAIN WIRING AT CIRCARS AREA, COMMAND MESS AREA, NOI AREA, DOCKYARD UNDER GE(NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc except light fitting. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers any capacityincluding all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring (any numbers of cable) with rigid PVC/steel conduits/PVC casing-caping including cutting chases for conduits and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with two runs of single core 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC casing caping (ISI marked) including Flush type metal GI / PVC boxes of suitable module including modular white cover plate of suitable module for fixing modular type switches including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLSH [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board for one light/exhaust fan/fan point/call bell controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. (Note.: (i) The rate quoted is deemed to include making good the disturbed sufaces and to match the adjoining surface.)

(Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH (ISI marked) drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit 20 mm bore (Minimum) medium grade (ISI marked) concealed type including metal GI boxes of suitable module including modular white cover plate of suitable module for fixing modular type switches, sockets, regulators etc. including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLSH [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board complete all as specified and as directed, for one light/exhaust fan/fan point/call bell controlled by one way switch. (Note.: (i) The rate quoted is deemed to include making good the disturbed sufaces and to match the adjoining surface.
