Construction of 2ACR, Gate, Deep Boaring, RCC Basin with Open Dining shed, Toilet Unit Renovation of Old Building at Upgraded Mahubani under Govindpur Block in Dhanbad District

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 25mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layers 19mm. Thick (1:2:4)with 12mm to 6mm. Size graded stone chips and top layer 6mm. Thicks (1:2) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royality with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Qty same as Item no above.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm Thk. cement plaster(1:6) on inside walls with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6 mm thick Cement plaster in (1:4) in Ceiling with clean course sand of F.M. 1.5 including the cost of screening, curring with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
