HOUSEKEEPING CUM HORTICULTURE MAINTENANCE WORK OF BUILDINGS AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS AT HWBF TALCHER PLANT PREMISES FOR THE YEAR 2025-26.

Providing all tools & tackles for sweeping and moping in plant buildings as described in technical specification including all rooms, halls, corridors, open varandah, lounges, staircases, entrance area etc. on daily basis using cleaning agent and disinfactant for keeping the floor clean, free from stain, mud, dirt, liquid spills and other debris, cleaning of working table tops, removing dust from other furnitures, washing and cleaning of toilets & bathrooms, urinal, W.C pans by using cleaning agent for keeping these area clean, hygienic and in usable condition, on dail/scheduled basis, drainage cleaning, sewer line cleaning as per requirement/deficiency report, sweeping, collection and disposal of dirt/waste from roads side, garden area, rain water harvesting area etc. in HWBF, Talcher plant premises which is spreaded in approximately 15 Acre area. Work shall be complete as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Grass Cutting of complete plant open areas like road side berms and surrouding of industrial buildings, park area, rain water harvesting area, Upto 2 meter distance of outside peripherial boundary wall for clearing the patrolling path of CISF, etc. including disposal of rubbish, grass at a distance of 100 meter, as per specifications, and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Our plant is spreaded in 15 acre area and effective grass cutting area in one round is approximately 25000 SQM. Contractor has to deploy minimum 2 grass cutting machine with all tools & tackles, manpower and consumables for completing the job.

Providing all tools & tackles, materials for horticulture works like seeding of seasonal flower plant, maintenance of Existing Shrubs, maintenance of hedges and seasonal flowers ,including application of fertilizers, manures, pesticides, etc., watering in dry period,Shaping to required design, spot weeding, pruning to dead & diseased wings at garden area, rain water harvesting area etc. in HWBF, Talcher plant. Work shall be complete as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Data operating work for all the items covered in this schedule of quantity including data updating, continuous supervision, quality and progress checks / reporting, assisting in field measurement and any other similar type of office works assigned by the engineer in charge and as per attached technical specification.

Supplying,stacking & applying of good quality of soil suitable for gardening work including cost of transportation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Supply,stacking & applying of good quality cowdung manure suitable for horticultural use free from unserviceable materials like stones, pebbles, broken glass & other un wanted materials including cost of transportation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Operation of potable water supply system, main water tank and pump house, filling individual over head tank, water supply to plant site from main water tank for an uninterrupted water supply etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following items for horticulture maintenance jobs and maintaining inventory in civil plant office as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
