PILE FOUNDATION

Material and Labour for laying of Ductile pipe with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9 of 150 mm dia pipe conforming to IS-8329 including provision of specials, such as tees, elbows, bends reducers, taper pieces, including testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

Construction of masonry valve chamber for 150 mm dia valve including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in CM (1:6) plastering internal surface 15 mm tick in CM (1:4) PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping 50 x50x6 mm angle iron 6 mm thick MS plate cover complete with locking arrangement painting steel and iron surface with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as shown on drawing and as specified.

Cutting existing DI pipe line for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down and inserting T of 100 x 100 x 100 mm and Tee for tapping all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set with minimum ratings not less than 15 HP , 70 Mtr Head , 10 LPS with delivery size of 80 mm bore, with 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC 3 Phase supply, electric driven, inclusive of air valve at delivery, pressure guage, star delta starter for pumps along with cabling by XLPE Copper cables from starter to Pump set with cable tray and PCC foundation. all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix flanged end lift type Foot valve 100 mm dia with brass strainer, suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

ROADS /PATH/HARD STANDING/CULVERT

Granular sub Base (GSB) with grading V of 150mm thick Compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 75mm each, Compacted separately) confirming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient sand camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/ Grader and vibratory soil compacter of Capacity 8-10 ton all as specified and as directed. (a) Pavement shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (b) Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under Optimum moisture condition to achieve 98.50 modified density. (c) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (d) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/ checked for suitability to use.

(e) The lead/ Royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/ Adjustment for increased in lead or Rate of Royalty due to whatever reason shall be admissible on his account. (f) Contractor shall use Vibratory earth compactor in lieu of Power roller to achieve 98.00% MDD at OMC without any extra cost and the method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting MDD at OMC. (g) GSB shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in Particular specification.

Wet mix Macadam of 250mm thick (Compacted thickness) laid in three equal layers compacted separately with Coarse aggregate of specified grade spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/ Grader and Random Vibrator of capacity of minimum 8-10 Tons at OMC to achieve at least 98% MDD determined using modified Proctor density determination method as per IS code on prepared GSB surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. The rate quoted shall be for 250mm compacted thickness. 2. Each layer shall be rolled separately.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on road surface with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to MORTH (Clause. 803.40) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 Degree centigrade Celsius, including cleaning and drying the road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surface before applying paint complete all as specified as directed.

All live parts, bus bars LBS/VCBs connections of RMU shall preferably be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life in robotically welded non-magnetic and non-ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer. Bushings shall be bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar. Also, the outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes.

The unit shall be internal arc proof 21kA for 1 sec for tank+ cable box and tested and totally safe for human beings. The gas released & personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design. The release of gas to be from the top of the unit, so that, even if the person is operating the unit, opening the cover & there are personals near the sides of the RMU/plinth, top release will ensure their safety. The release in no case should be from any side or bottom of the unit, as the same is unsafe for the operating personnel/pedestrian or general public. Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to the ‘Internal fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC 62271-200. Internal arc proof & testing shall be done with enclosure door in open condition, with switching devices in operation mode.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DOL starter panel with steel enclosure for SIREN, 415 V, 2 HP capacity all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for laying of Ductile pipe with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9 of 150 mm dia pipe conforming to IS-8329 including provision of specials, such as tees, elbows, bends reducers, taper pieces, including testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

GEYSER

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of geyser electric driven (single phase), PVC body having capacity of 15 litre of 5 star rated with flexible stainless steel branded water pipe 450 mm long along with nuts on both ends and including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR PANEL INVERTER

Supply, fixing and commissioning of solar panel powered inverter (Sine wave ) with battery backup for 8 hours of capacity 02 KW (Single phase 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply complete (off grid type) with and inclusive of electrical and mechanical accessories & stand for inverter and batteries. Note: (i) Solar panel of specification 320 Wp ( Minimum) polycrystalline type to be provided. (ii) Invertor and battery backup shall be placed near lift operator room or near lift store room. (iii) Tubular battery of 12 Volt, 150 AH of sufficient quantity to be provided and rate quoted shall deemed to be included the cost of battery. (iv) 15 Amps switch socket combination with necessary manual changeover switch 32 Amps single phase, 240 volt, to be provided near inverter for switching on to normal electrical supply in case solar system fails 15 Amps Switch soscket combination shall be paid through under relevant item in internal electrification schedule and cost for change over switch deemed to included in the rate quoted. (v) Solar inverter supply will feed the supply to light fittings of ground floor parking area, building security lights, passage lights of each floor stair case lights of each floor and security lights provided in the roof top of the building. (vi) Sub main wiring from inverter to MCB DB of each floor and point wiring for parking area lights, security lights fitted in building, light fittings in passage of each floor and staircase shall be measured under point wiring in internal electrification schedule. (vii) Before carrying out the work, contractor shall submit wiring diagram for approval by Engr-in-charge.

ARBORICULTURE

MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE

Material and labour for maintenance including watering and fertilization of all the grass/plants/trees by weeding housing saucer melding once in every 15 days, planting new plants/grass spices and height with out any extra cost to the department for period of maintenance period of two years from the completion date of project complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personal as specified in particular specification and as recommended by Engr-in-charge and lubrication to all moving parts, topping up of oils as per lubrication chart including materials and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts.
