Re-Canning of Furniture

Recaning the worn out and unserviceable plastic cane from the furniture items and carry out recanning as per Godrej pattern using white/coloured cane having minimum width of 2.38mm and 0.4mm thick, half round gola type, weighing not less than 6gm per RM, incl making provn of an additional strand i.e 3 strand in place of two for the centre holes when the total span of caning work exceeding 350mm, all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge, for : Bin soiled linen (two side)

Repairs to sofa set in various units at NB(K) and Offrs md acne at Kataribagh, Fernson Apartment, Elison Avenue and Viswanathan Apartments :-

Removal of the existing worn-out/unserviceable tapestried cushion complete from seat and back and replacing with new cushion, made of superior quality foam cushion 40 density, 100mm thick of size 530mmx560mm duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth approved shade/texture costing not less than Rs 250/- per meter stitched on all sides, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge For :- Sofa set to seat two (two piece of removable cushion for seat and two pieces of removable cushion for back).

All as per item No. 11 above but for Sofa set to seat four (four pieces of removable cushion for seat and four pieces of removable cushion for back.

Removal of the existing worn-out/unserviceable tapestried seat cushion and replacing with new cushion made of superior quality foam cushion 40 density, 100mm thick of size 535mmx535mm duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth approved shade/texture costing not less than Rs 250/- per meter stitched on all sides incl removing the existing unserviceable/worn out back cushions, along with supporting wooden base frame by unscrewing from the back of the sofa chair, dismantling the worn out foam cushion along with the tapestry foam the base wooden frame and provision of Ist class hard wood frame of dimension 535mmx70mmx20mm thick (on top & bottom) and 450mmx75mmx20mm thick vertical (made to shape) and providing 50mm thick 535mmx535mm foam cushion of superior quality 40 density duly covered with the best quality tapestry cloth approved shade/texture costing not less than Rs 250/- per meter stitched on all sides and fixing 4 middle buttons to foam the middle caving in retaining the aesthetical carved shape on the edges and fixing the new back cushion to the back of the sofa chair with suitable brass screw all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. For :- Sofa set to seat one (One removable cushion for seat and one removable cushion for back) .

Removal of the existing worn-out/unserviceable tapestried cushion from seat and replacing with new cushion, made of superior quality foam cushion 40 density, 50mm thick of size 450mmx500mm f Chair dining MAP and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing the existing worn out unserviceable Rexin from seat and back providing and covering with new superior quality approved shade and texture tapestry cloth rate not less than 250/- per mtr snitched on four sides of Chair easy with DC for seat and back and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal of the existing worn-out/unserviceable tapestried cushion from seat and back replacing with new cushion, made of superior quality foam cushion 40 density, 75mm thick of size 500mmx500mm for Chair easy with DC and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
